We can search and inspect venues to ensure that they meet the client’s requirements. We manage the budgets set by our clients and stick to them, hire and wrangle keynote speakers or celebrities, organize transportation, prepare the itinerary, schedule break-out sessions, hire A/V teams and equipment, contract food and beverage, book entertainment and generally make sure the meeting or conference runs smoothly. We will work with you to ensure that the everything is running according to your plan. After, we will ask for feedback and take account of any complaints or problems to help improve future meetings or conferences.
